Divine combination between Agrocybe cylindracea and peanuts

Ingredients:
350g dried Agrocybe cylindracea
A handful of dried peanuts and chopped shallot

Condiments: Seafood sauce, light soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce 

Cooking directions:
1. Prior to cooking, soak dried peanuts and Agrocybe cylindracea in water for a night.
2. Cut off the root of Agrocybe cylindracea, go blanching and then remove with a slotted spoon.
3. In a hot wok, add oil, when hot, sprinkle a spoonful of light soy sauce, soy sauce, seafood sauce, oyster sauce and stir till fragrant, then combine with bowls of water and bring into a boil.
4. drop in Agrocybe cylindracea and peanuts, cover the wok and maintain for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
