Ingredients:
10-15 White mushrooms
2-3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
20g butter
A pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Remove the bottom portion of White mushrooms, then crosscut and vertical-cut on caps so that mushrooms are more tasty.
2. In a pan, melt a knob of butter over soft flame, then drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant. After that, combine with White mushrooms and fry over medium flame, then turn over and go on the heat till moisture exudes.
3. Rise to high flame and maintain the heat till evaporated. Lightly season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
