Description: As global mushroom industry quickly develops and cross-border international trade constantly speeds up, mushroom becomes one of the crucial components in three human food structures, and it is hailed as “The Top Health Food in 21 Century”. China holds a long history on aspect of mushroom production, especially on traditional and artificial cultivation. Since 2000, industrialized mushroom production goes viral in Shanghai City, Fujian Province, Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province, Shandong Province of China. Up to September, 2016, there were XXX enterprises engaging in industrialized mushroom production in China, up/down for XX compared with 2015. In 2016, gross output on industrialized mushroom production reached XXX tons in China, up/down for XXX tons, XX%. Main mushroom varieties include Enoki, King oyster, Button, Seafood, Brown Shimeji (White beech), Pleurotus nebrodensis, and they respectively held the average market price of XX CNY per kg in 2016 in China....
