Waste mushroom residues lift cyclic resource utilization

On November 30, in workshop operated by Shandong Jinsheng Biotechnology Co., LTD, workers are busy with the production of high-efficiency bio-fertilizer with mushroom residues.

As the leading agricultural enterprise in Linchi Town, Zouping City of Shandong Province, Shandong Jinsheng Biotechnology Co., LTD occupies 360 mu of area and absorbs 90 high-standard mushroom greenhouses for production of Oyster, Button, Drumstick mushroom and Reishi mushroom. Each year, the company exports over 2 million mushroom sticks to Japan and Korea. In 2017, through export of mushroom stick, the company generated 48 million CNY of foreign exchange earnings.

In 2018, Jinsheng Company closely adheres to the core goal of “Building Mushroom Industry Chain,” focuses on doing a great job on aspect of deep processing of mushroom products and re-utilization of mushroom residues. Up to now, Mushroom Sauce developed by the company has been put on the market and it gains popularity by general consumers.
