Ingredients:
150g Black fungi
150g Crab mushrooms
150g Hypsizygus marmoreus
150g Button mushrooms
Condiments: Light soy sauce and oyster sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, remove the root of Crab mushroom and Hypsizygus marmoreus, then cut into segments.
2. Cut Button mushrooms into slices and set aside.
3. In a stewpot, drop in all ingredients, blend with a spoonful of oyster sauce, 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce, cover the pot and bring into a boil. After that, lower to soft flame and simmer for at least 15 minutes. Serve.
