Ingredients:
A cucumber
A handful of dried Black fungi
Condiments: Oil (Olive oil) and salt
Steps:
1. Peel the cucumber and then cut into segments.
2. Soak Black fungi in advance, remove the stem and tear into small pieces.
3. In a hot wok, drizzle it with oil, then drop in Black fungus pieces and frequently toss, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and remove into a bowl.
4. Heat the wok again, blend with cucumber segments and stir till water content exudes, then invite Black fungus pieces, blend with half bowl of water and bring into a boil. After that, cover the wok and simmer for 2-3 minutes till evaporated. Serve.
