Ingredients:
3g dried Morels
8g dried Matsutakes
20g dried Monkey head mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus)
10g dried Shiitake mushrooms (Flower mushrooms)
10g dried Black fungi
20g dried Agrocybe cylindracea
2-3 bowls of soup stock, preferably homemade
Cooking directions:
1. Soak all the dried mushrooms in cold water for at least 20 minutes, then rinse to remove the impurities.
2. In a stew pot, add 2-3 bowls of soup stock and bowls of water, combine with all kinds of mushrooms and bring into a boil. Then, go on the heat for 30-40 minutes on soft flame.
3. Having soup before dinner helps you lose weight and keep fit.
