Ingredients:
2-3 Shiitake mushrooms
1 yellow pepper
1 lemon
A bowl of diced pineapple
Condiments: Salt, sugar and starch
Directions:
1. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, cut into quarters, wrap with the mixture of water and starch and stir till golden.
2. Rinse off the yellow pepper and cut into chunks.
3. Prepare Mixture A: Squeeze the juice of lemon into a bowl, blend with a dash of salt and a spoonful of starch, 2 spoonfuls of sugar and frequently stir well.
4. In a hot wok, add oil, once hot, pour in Mixture A and stir quickly, then blend with quarters of Shiitake mushroom, yellow pepper chunks, diced pineapple and go on the heat for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy.
