Ingredients:
A handful of dried Agrocybe cylindracea
An onion, coarsely diced
A green and red pepper
Condiments: Salt, sugar, cooking wine, black pepper powder, starch and sesame oil
Cooking steps:
1. Cut the root of Agrocybe cylindracea, rinse off before going blanching.
2. Remove the seed of red and green pepper, then thinly slice up.
3. In a hot wok, heat the oil, when hot, drop in diced onion and stir till fragrant, then blend with Agrocybe cylindracea and stir for at least 3 minutes over high flame.
4. Finally let sliced green and red pepper join in, adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and sugar. Enjoy.
