Ingredients:
2-3 Shiitake mushrooms
1 broccoli
A suspicion of minced garlic
Half bowl of soup stock, preferably homemade
Condiments: Oyster sauce and oil
Cooking directions:
1. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom with hands, then slice up or simply chop.
2. Break the broccoli into chunks, go blanching and remove with a slotted spoon.
3. In a wok, heat a drizzle of oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then add Shiitake mushroom slices and saute over high flame for 3-4 minutes. Pour in half bowl of soup stock and maintain the heat till evaporated.
4. Combine with broccoli chunks, season with a dash of salt and oyster sauce. Serve and enjoy.
