Ingredients:
A handful of dried Black fungi
A cluster of Oyster mushrooms
A suspicion of chopped onion, bruised ginger and minced garlic
Condiments: Light soy sauce, salt and starch
Cooking steps:
1. Tear Oyster mushrooms into strips, go blanching and then set aside.
2. Soak dried Black fungi ahead of time, rinse off to remove the impurities and then set aside.
3. In a wok, heat the oil, once hot, drop in chopped onion, bruised ginger, minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then add Oyster mushroom strips and fry over fierce heat.
4. Sprinkle with half a spoonful of light soy sauce, then blend with Black fungi and maintain the high flame for at least 2-3 minutes.
5. Finally thicken it with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Enjoy.
