During 2016-2017, industrialized mushroom production centred on “Supply-side Structural Reform” in China. A series of positive explorations on adjustment, upgrading and transformation of variety structure were made while crucial technical innovation and breakthrough were also realized, which laid the solid foundation for the sustainable development of China’s mushroom industry.
