(Reporter Hejia) On November 9, incentive industrial project of wild-imitation Reishi mushroom cultivation goes smoothly in Zhangping city, Fujian Province of China.
“Sales on the first batch of Reishi mushrooms planted under the forest show the satisfactory situation, and orders come in flocks,” said principal of the project warmly.
At the beginning of this year, planting of wild-imitation Reishi mushroom in woodland was launched as a characteristic industry by local cooperative, by now, under the guidance of Agricultural Bureau of Zhangping City, 3900 mushroom sticks have been input for the first batch of trial planting while 310 kg have been produced. As per the market price of 300 CNY per kg, the projected revenues for each poor household hit 4000-5000 CNY.
Next step, Zhangping City proposes to expand the scale, strengthen the management of Reishi mushroom base and improve the planting technology so as to bring more superior Reishi mushrooms to consumers.
