Ingredients:
3-5 Shiitake mushrooms
A Cucurbita pepo
Condiments: Oyster sauce and oil
Directions:
1. Rinse the Cucurbita pepo off, cut in half and thickly slice up.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom and go blanching.
3. In a wok, heat a drizzle of oil, when hot, add Shiitake mushrooms and stir for 3 minutes or so over fierce flame. Then drop in sliced Cucurbita pepo, combine with 1/3 bowl of water, tossing about frequently till evaporated.
4. Sprinkle with a spoonful of oyster sauce to season and mix evenly. Serve.
