Ingredients:
150g Oudemansiella raphanipes
A red and yellow pepper
A handful of garlic slices and ginger slices
Condiments: Soy sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Rinse Oudemansiella raphanipes off and cut in halves.
2. Remove the seed of red and yellow pepper, cut into dices.
3. In a hot wok, add half a spoonful of oil, once hot, drop in garlic slices, ginger slices and stir till fragrant, then blend with diced red and yellow pepper, Oudemansiella raphanipes and frequently toss about for 3-5 minutes.
4. Lightly sprinkle with a spoonful of soy sauce to season. Serve and enjoy.
