Recently, in mushroom base of Zhonghe Village, Tianzhu County, Guizhou Province of China, staffs orderly plunge into material-mixing, bagging and other procedures for mushroom cultivation, which shows a busy and hot scene.
“Armed with 6 million CNY of fund, we mainly cultivate Pleurotus geesteranus, now, the base covers 6000 square meters, absorbs 30 sheds and other auxiliary facilities, annual cultivation capacity reaches 500,000 bags, annual output on fresh Pleurotus geesteranus hits 500 tons, annual output value totals 7 million CNY while profits hit 2 million CNY or so,” said Mr. Lu Qixian, principal of the base warmly, adding that by now, 300,000 mushroom bags have been input in 15 sheds, the base daily employs above 40 staffs and helps them generate the annual per capita incomes of 20,000 CNY.
