Satisfy your stomach: Plain-fried Black fungus with green beans

Ingredients:
350g green beans
A small handful of Black fungi
4-5 garlic cloves
Condiments: Oil and salt
Condiments:
1. Trim green beans, rinse and break into segments.
2. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, then rinse to get rid of the impurities and set aside.
3. In a wok, add a drizzle of oil, when hot, drop in green beans and stir-fry till undoubtedly soft, then blend with Black fungi and maintain the heat for another 3-5 minutes. 
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt to season. Enjoy.
