Ingredients:
1-2 chicken drumstick
200g lotus root
4-5 Shiitake mushrooms
Condiments: Salt
Directions:
1. Soak Shiitake mushrooms ahead of time, then get rid of the stem, rinse caps to remove the impurities.
2. Peel the lotus root and coarsely slice up.
3. Rinse chicken drumstick, then chop up and go blanching in boiling water.
4. In a stew pot, drop in all ingredients and fill in water, bringing into a boil.
5. Lower to soft flame and simmer for above 30 minutes.
6. Before enjoying, scatter with a pinch of salt to season.
