Bamboo fungus is listed as “Four Treasures” in China by virtues of abundant nutrition and tasty flavor, as well as the efficacy on prevention and combat of cancer, and high blood pressure.
“Bamboo fungus farming is a low-cost and high-benefit industry, and it generally takes above 5 months from cultivation to picking while picking period could be kept for 4 months or so,” introduces Mr. Hu Yirong, pioneer of Bamboo fungus cultivation in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province of China.

Besides, during the picking period, Mr. Hu also provides job opportunities for local farmers, daily per capita salary is at 70-100 CNY.
