If you’ve got a packet full of Straw mushrooms, get ready to indulge yourself!
Ingredients:
5-6 Straw mushrooms
Half an onion
A small handful of sweet peas
Condiments: Oil, oyster sauce and black pepper sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Peel the onion and coarsely slice it up. Cut Straw mushrooms in halves and rinse to get rid of the impurities.
2. In a wok, add a drizzle of oil, when hot, drop in onion slices and frequently stir till fragrant, then combine with sweet peas, Straw mushrooms and toss about for another 5 minutes or so.
3. Sprinkle with a spoonful of black pepper sauce and oyster sauce, cover the wok and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve.
