Ingredients:
1-2 snake gourd
3-5 Shiitake mushroom
Half a carrot
A suspicion of minced garlic
Condiments: Bonito powder, olive oil and salt
Directions:
1. Rinse snake gourd off, cut into 0.3cm-depth slices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, rinse the caps and coarsely slice up. Peel the carrot and cut into zigzag slices.
3. Heat the wok, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then blend with Shiitake mushroom slices, snake gourd and carrot slices and frequently cook for above 3 minutes over high flame.
4. Sprinkle with a handful of Bonito powder, salt and combine with half bowl of water, cover the wok and go on for another 2-3 minutes. Serve.
