Oil-splashing Enoki mushrooms in soy sauce flavor

Ingredients:
A pack of Enoki mushrooms
A handful of chopped shallot
Condiments: Soy sauce and peanut oil

Easy-to-follow Directions:
1. Cut the bottom part of Enoki mushrooms, break mushrooms into small pieces, remove into a steamer and maintain the heat for 5 minutes over medium flame.
2. After Enoki mushrooms are well-steamed, sprinkle with a spoonful of soy sauce and top with chopped shallot.
3. In a wok, add peanut oil, when hot, pour it on top of Enoki mushrooms. Enjoy.
