Stir-fried Brown Shimeji mushroom with shrimp meat

Ingredients:
A pack of Brown Shimeji mushroom (Crab mushroom)
100g shrimp meat
20g chopped shallot
Condiments: Olive oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce
Cooking procedures:
1. Cut off the root of Crab mushroom, rinse off and go blanching.
2. In a hot wok, add a drizzle of olive oil, when hot, drop in Crab mushrooms and stir-fry till golden and mushrooms have released much of their liquid. After that, blend with chopped shallot and toss about till fragrant.
3. Combine with shrimp meat, sprinkle with half a spoon of oyster sauce to season, and fry till shrimps are tasty.
