We need:
A carrot
A small handful of dried Black fungi and chopped shallot
2 garlic cloves, coarsely minced
Condiments: Oil and oyster sauce
Cooking procedures:
1. Peel the carrot and slice it up. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, rinse and tear into pieces or remain the whole.
2. In a wok, heat the oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then add carrot slices and frequently toss about till soft. After that, let Black fungi join in, sprinkle with a spoonful of oyster sauce and cook over high flame for 3 minutes. Enjoy.
