Mushrooms which fit for autumn and winter cultivation

1. OYSTER MUSHROOMS: Oyster mushrooms own different varieties, including low-temperature type, medium-temperature type and wide-temperature type. Range of fruiting temperature on low-temperature, medium-temperature, high-temperature and wide-temperature type is respectively at 2-22, 8-24, 15-37 and 4-32 degrees Celsius. In order to improve the output and extend the production period, in autumn and winter, in addition to high-temperature type, others could be basically cultivated while it is proper for beginners to launch wild-temperature variety.
2. BLACK FUNGi: Preferred fruiting temperature range of Black fungus is 10-28 degrees Celsius, in the case of bag-mode cultivation, cultivators could prepare bags in early autumn and then greet the fruiting time in early winter and spring. White fungus belongs to medium and high temperature type and it holds suitable fruiting temperature range of 13-30 degrees Celsius, this variety could be cultivated in same period with Purple fungus.
3. SHIITAKES: Medium-temperature type, ideal fruiting temperature range is 8-22 degrees Celsius, in the event of bag-mode cultivation, cultivators could conduct the sowing in autumn and greet the fruiting season in late autumn, winter and spring.
4. ENOKI MUSHROOMS: Low-temperature type variety, it is commonly divided into yellow and white color, suitable fruiting temperature for Yellow Enoki is 4-24 degrees Celsius while 4-15 degrees Celsius refers to White Enoki. Sowing work could be done in late autumn and then fruiting period arrives in winter and spring.
5. NAMEKO: Typical medium-temperature variety, preferred fruiting temperature range is 8-20 degrees Celsius and it fits for autumn, winter and spring cultivation.
6. HYPSIZIGUS MARMOREUS: Known as Small Oyster mushroom and it is categorized as medium-temperature type, suitable fruiting temperature range is 10-28 degrees Celsius and it fits for autumn, winter and spring cultivation.
7. MONKEY HEAD MUSHROOM: Medium-temperature type, 7-23 degrees Celsius of ideal fruiting temperature and it fits for spring and autumn cultivation. (Source: China Encyclopedia Network.)
