1. Decline any unknown Shiitake strain, and choose strain which has been domesticated or successfully breeded.
2. Reasonably and accurately arrange the production season in accordance with the temperature characteristic of strain and climatic condition of cultivation place.
3. Strictly prepare culture medium in accordance with reasonable proportion of formula, and be sure not to add excessive Nitrogen content, and control proper proportion between Carbon and Nitrogen.
4. Never compel the fruiting while mycelia are not mature yet. And when transporting sticks which are about to fruit, be sure to reduce the vibration.
5. Properly create environmental conditons which meet the requirement on growth of sporocarps in fruiting place, such as illumination, ventilation, relative air humidity and others.
