Button mushroom production exploits the road of circular agriculture

Recently, in Shanxi Yuhao Mushroom Cultivation Co., LTD, Button mushroom production is in intense and orderly implementation.
Founded in 2012, Shanxi Yuhao Mushroom Cultivation Co., LTD covers 1000 mu of land, absorbs over 500 staffs and holds 600 million CNY of gross investment. After nearly 6 years of development, agricultural circular economy industry has been formed depending on Button mushroom production. Now, Button mushroom factory managed by Yuhao Company has become the largest one in Northern China, daily output reaches 30 tons.
In order to achieve standardized Button mushroom production, it is necessary to take standardization and harmlessness of compost into account as compost is the basis of production and the source to control product contamination. Yuhao Company collects agricultural straws, cow dung and chicken manure from surrounding villages as the raw materials, wastes produced after the fruiting could be reused and processed into superior organic fertilizers that plant vegetables, rice and flowers. In Yuhao Company, annual disposal amount on cornstalks, cow dung and chicken manure attains 150,000 tons. In addition, mushrooms produced in the company could be classified as Special Grade, First Grade, Second Grade and Third Grade in accordance with customers’ requirement. Annual output on fresh White mushroom hits 10,000 tons while output value comes to over 100 million CNY. In the future, the company proposes to launch into deep processing of Button mushroom and exploit oversea markets so as to deliver superior mushrooms to global tables.
