Beefsteak mushroom origins from North American and it is hailed as Vegetarian Beefsteak. After years of exploration, they were cultivated in Yangzhou Aujite Biotechnology Co., LTD with strain introduced from America, and temperature-control, humidity-control equipment and technology adopted from Holland.
In 2013, production mode of “American Strain+ Dutch Technology + Henan’s Straws + Northeast Black Earth” on Beefsteak mushroom was followed by Aujite Company, Now, the company holds 5 cultivation workshops totaling 100 fruiting rooms. In case of full-load cultivation, annual output on Beefsteak mushroom attains at least 6000 tons. In 2017, Aujite Company also won 50 million CNY of saleroom, half of products were sold inside the country while another half were exported to oversea nations.
Next step, Aujite Company intends to raise the output of Beefsteak mushroom to tens of thousands of ton and establish cooperation with pharmaceutical factories in a bid to embark on deep-processing industry and promote Beefsteak mushroom production to a standardized, industrialized and ecological level.
