Fruiting management on King oyster mushroom

1. Temperature control: Temperature range on formation and growth of sporocarp is narrow. In general cases, suitable fruiting temperature range is at 15-17 degrees Celsius and should be strictly controlled by growers.
2. Humidity adjustment: During the growth period of sporocarps, humidity should be adjusted at 85% or so. When adopting moisturizing measures, be sure to spray water on the ground and not to do it on sporocarps or bag mouth.
3. Illumination management: During the fruiting period of King oyster mushroom, it is proper to maintain bright illumination and strong scattered light in the house. Most importantly, be sure to eliminate direct sunlight.
4. Ventilation: Every day, open windows and doors for 2 or 3 times and keep each time for half an hour.
