Beijing: Morels begin to fruit on variety test

On 19th, January, technical staffs working in Fangshan Agricultural Sciences Institution went to Xiangfuma Workstation for investigation of Morel variety test. 
By now, fruiting management has been implemented for 15 days within the workstation, among 13 Morel varieties, 2 of them have entered into fruiting period. However, by reason of low temperature in recent days, sporocarps tend to lead tardy growth trend, and hence it is suggested to adopt insulation measures in a bid to guarantee normal growth of sporocarps.
