Mushroom cultivation turns barren mountain into a golden one

Recently, in Xiniu Village, Nankai Township, Guizhou Province of China, piles of under-forest and wild-imitated Oyster mushrooms are leading vigorous growth trend while Monkey head mushrooms grow well in waste tobacco drying room, which indicates considerable revenues.
According to know, in order to remove the hat of poverty, Zhang Xuequan, secretary of Xiniu Village, took the lead on mushroom cultivation. By now, 55,000 tons of mushroom have been cultivated in the village, output value attains 120,000 CNY and 9 households totaling 35 people are leaded to embark on mushroom industry and increase satisfactory earnings, which realizes three-in-one that refers to ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit.
