Mushrooms are the good companion with hot pot

Now, in one of greenhouses of Naga Village, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province of China, Winter mushrooms are substantially coming into season.
Naga Village falls under with remote mountain village where holds closed traffic and lag infrastructure, 214 households totaling 621 villagers live at the mercy of the elements, most of young people choose to work outside, which turns it into a typical “Empty Village.”
In order to remove the hat of poverty, since this year, on basis of under-forest chicken industry, villagers have been encouraged to embark on mushroom cultivation. Through 3 months of endeavour, Shiitake greenhouse was completely built at the end of September, Now, there are 20 greenhouses arrayed in Winter Mushroom Base of Naga Village. 
“With the sudden drop of air temperature, more and more people are taking to hot pot, mushrooms are preferred as the side dish, and hence they hold bright market prospect,” introduces village director of Naga Village passionately.
By now, cultivation scheme of over 50,000 sticks has been achieved, within a month, over 20,000 kg of fresh Winter mushrooms were picked, gross revenues show 30,000 CNY, which is several times higher than traditional crops.
