1. Temperature: Temperature of mushroom house directly affects the formation of primordia and growth of sporocarps. During the whole cultivation management, superior temperature in mushroom house should be controlled in a range of 12-18 degrees Celsius. The followings are three common phenomenons on temperature variation:
Primordia are hard to form under 8 degrees Celsius. When it rises to over 12 degrees, sporocarps lead quick growth trend, manifest low quality while primordia stop the differentiation.
When temperature remains at above 21 degrees, original sporocarps turn soft, withered and rotten, surface texture of substrate shows the same status.
2. Humidity: 85%-95% is the ideal range, under too-low temperature, sporocarps become withered and stop the growth while primordia crack and refuse to differentiate. Most importantly, when you spray water, be sure not to do it directly on sporocarps, or they inevitably turn yellow and rotten.
3. Air regulation: Fresh air is needed during the growth period of sporocarps, mushroom house should be frequently ventilated, or sporocarps are hard to lead normal growth trend, with the addition of high temperature and humidity, sporocarps would seriously go rotten.
