Bamboo fungi cultivated under bamboo forest flourish

Now, it is the picking season of Bamboo fungus in ecological base of Jiangshan Town, Fujian Province of China. According to know, the base covers 8 mu of cultivation area, daily picking volume comes to over 1.5 kg, picking time is going to terminate by the end of October and mu output value reaches nearly ten thousands of CNY.
Bamboo fungus is a kind of rare mushroom which carries the reputation of “The King of Delicacies”, inter-plantation of Bamboo fungus under forest not only enhances the organic matters of forest land to some extent, but also realizes cyclic resource utilization. 
For years, Jiangshan Town has been positively adjusting industrial agricultural structure, utilizing abundant bamboo resources to develop Bamboo fungus industry, which paves a booming way for local farmers.
