Hebei Province: Quotation tendency of mushroom’s market price

According to quotation provided by Qiaoxi Vegetable Wholesale Market in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province of China, by September 9th, Shiitake, Oyster mushroom and Seafood mushroom are 3 varieties that show price fall.
1. The price of Shiitake has been dropped from 8.5 to 7.5 CNY per kg, showing 11.8% of dropping range. 
2. The price of Oyster mushroom has been dropped from 11 to 4 CNY per kg, showing 63.6% of dropping range. 
3. The price of Seafood mushroom has been dropped from 12 to 10 CNY per kg, showing 16.7% of dropping range. 

On the contrary, by September 9th, King oyster mushroom, White beech mushroom, Button mushroom, Agrocybe cylindracea and Hypsizygus marmoreus are 5 varieties that show price rise. 
1. The price of King oyster mushroom has been risen from 5.8 to 6.5 CNY per kg, indicating 12.1% of increase range.
2. The price of White beech mushroom has been risen from 15 to 16.7 CNY per kg, indicating 11.3% of increase range.
3. The price of Button mushroom has been risen from 13 to 15 CNY per kg, indicating 15.4% of increase range.
4. The price of Agrocybe cylindracea has been risen from 13 to 14.5 CNY per kg, indicating 11.5% of increase range.
5. The price of Hypsizygus marmoreus has been risen from 13.3 to 16.7 CNY per kg, indicating 25.6% of increase range.
The market price of Enoki mushroom shows impartial status and indicates no obvious fluctuation, now it is at a range of 6-11 CNY per kg.
