Shanxi Province: Quotation tendency of mushroom’s market price

According to quotation provided by Xinqiao Market in Xi’an City, Shanxi Province of China, by September 6th, White beech mushroom, Hypsizygus marmoreus and Agrocybe cylindracea are 3 varieties that show price fall.
1. The price of White beech mushroom has been dropped from 16.7 to 16 CNY per kg, showing 4.2% of dropping range. 
2. The price of Hypsizygus marmoreus has been dropped from 15.8 to 15.4 CNY per kg, showing 2.5% of dropping range. 
3. The price of Agrocybe cylindracea has been dropped from 10.8 to 10.4 CNY per kg, showing 3.7% of dropping range. 
On the contrary, by September 6th, Shiitake, Enoki mushroom, King oyster mushroom and Button mushroom are 4 varieties that show price rise. 
1. The price of Shiitake has been risen from 13 to 14 CNY per kg, indicating 7.7% of increase range.
2. The price of Enoki mushroom has been risen from 6.3 to 6.8 CNY per kg, indicating 7.9% of increase range.
3. The price of King oyster mushroom has been risen from 6 to 7 CNY per kg, indicating 16.7% of increase range.
4. The price of Button mushroom has been risen from 15 to 17.8 CNY per kg, indicating 18.7% of increase range.
The market price of Seafood mushroom and Drumstick mushroom shows impartial status and indicates no obvious fluctuation, now they are respectively at a range of 10-16 CNY and 6-15 CNY per kg.
