Hunan Province: Quotation tendency of mushroom’s market price

According to date provided by Wholesale Market of Agricultural Products in Changsha City, Hunan Province of China, by 25th of August, Shiitake and Agrocybe cylindracea are 2 varieties that show price fall. 
1. The price of Shiitake has been dropped from 11.5 to 10 CNY per kg, showing 13% of dropping range. 
2. The price of Agrocybe cylindracea has been dropped from 12.2 to 10 CNY per kg, showing 18% of dropping range. 
On the contrary, by the end of 25th of August, Oyster mushroom, Enoki mushroom, King oyster mushroom, Button mushroom, White beech mushroom and Seafood mushroom are 6 varieties that show price rise. 
1. The price of Oyster mushroom has been risen from 8 to 9.5 CNY per kg, indicating 18.8% of increase range.
2. The price of Enoki mushroom has been risen from 4.5 to 6.3 CNY per kg, indicating 40% of increase range.
3. The price of King oyster mushroom has been risen from 5.5 to 6.3 CNY per kg, indicating 14.5% of increase range.
4. The price of Button mushroom has been risen from 10 to 11 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of increase range.
5. The price of White beech mushroom has been risen from 13.3 to 15 CNY per kg, indicating 12.8% of increase range.
6. The price of Seafood mushroom has been risen from 8 to 9 CNY per kg, indicating 12.5% of increase range.
The market price of Black fungus shows impartial status and indicates no obvious fluctuation, now it is at a range of 4-10 CNY per kg.
