When spawns of King oyster mushroom become full-grown, cultivators could maintain the temperature range of mushroom house to 12-18 degrees, maintain the humidity in 90%-95%, and you could spray water to the ground and space. In general, after 10-15 days, mushroom buds gradually occur, besides, in order to expend the preservation length of sporocarps, 2-3 days before mushroom picking, you could control the humidity to a range of 80%-85%. During the management process, be sure not to spray water directly on mushroom bodies, especially in case of high temperature, this kind of behavior results in yellow mushroom bodies and sundry fungus contamination, in serious condition, mushrooms become withered and rotten.
1.Temperature control: The temperature of mushroom house directly affects the formation of primordium and the growth of sporocarps. When the temperature is below 8 degrees, primordia are hard to form and when temperature rises to 12 degrees, original sporocarps quickly grow, they hold declined quality while tiny mushroom buds stop growing, begin to wither and primordia stop the differentiation. When the temperature is steadily above 21 degrees, original sporocarps become soft, withered and rotten, the surface of substrate turns to the same situation. During the whole cultivation management, the superior temperature of mushroom house is 12-18 degrees.
2.Humidity control: 85%-95% is the superior range. In case of too-low humidity, sporocarps wither, stop growing while primordia refuse to differentiate. What’s more, when spraying water, be sure not to do it on sporocarps or they dramatically turn yellow and low-quality.
3.Air regulation: Fresh air is needed during the growth period of sporocarps, hence mushroom house should be frequently ventilated. Under poor ventilation, sporocarps are hard to lead normal growth trend, plus with high temperature and humidity, they turn rotten status, which seriously affects the output.
