Ingredients: White beech mushrooms, towel gourd, shrimp meat
Condiments: Chicken powder, salt, sugar
Procedures: 
1. Peel the towel gourd, then cut into dices.
2. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in towel gourd dices, White beech mushrooms and fry on high flame for 5 minutes or so.
3. Combine with shrimp meats and a bowl of soup stock. Finally season with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
