Ingredients:
Steamed rice
2 abalones
2 Shiitakes
1 carrot
A handful of peas
Condiments: salt and soy sauce
Cooking methods:
1. Wash Shiitakes, carrot and abalones, then respectively bleach and cut into dices.
2. Wash peas and then set aside.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, add steamed rice and fry till well-done, then remove from the pot.
4. Drizzle with a spoon of oil in the pot, drop in Shiitake dices, carrot dices, peas and fry for 3 minutes or so on high flame.
5. Finally combine with abalone dices, fried rice and fry well with all ingredients.
6. Adjust the seasoning with moderate soy sauce. Serve and enjoy.
