Ingredients:
500g pork ribs,
40g Agrocybe cylindracea
2 ginger slices
6 red dates
Cooking method:
1. Wash Agrocybe cylindracea and soak in warm water for 30 minutes.
2. Wash pork ribs and blanch for a little while, then skim off floating foam.
3. In a pot, drop in Agrocybe cylindracea, ginger slices, red dates, pork ribs and 5 bowls of warm water into the red-ware pot (it is best to pour in the water used for soaking Agrocybe cylindracea), stew all ingredients for 5 or 6 hours, finally season with moderate salt according to your taste.
