Ingredients: cucumber, King oyster mushroom, salt, aginomoto, oil, ground pepper
Procedures:
1. Wash the cucumber and King oyster mushroom, then roughly cut into slices and keep aside.
2. Heat the pot, drop in garlic slices and fry till fragrant (omit garlic if you don’t like), then combine with King oyster mushroom slices, cucumber slices and fry well with each other on high flame.
3. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt. Before serving, sprinkle with a handful of ground pepper.
