Ingredients:
500g Shiitakes
50g winter bamboo shoots
Condiments: soy sauce, sugar, aginomoto, vegetable oil, sesame oil, water starch, soup stock
Steps:
1. Remove the bottom of Shiitake and then rinse.
2. Wash winter bamboo shoots and then cut into thin slices.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, then drop in Shiitake, Bamboo shoot slices and fry on high-temperature fire.
4. Adjust the seasoning with moderate soy sauce, sugar, aginomoto, and then pour in soup stock and finally bring into a boil. After braising for 15 minutes, thicken the dish with the mixture of starch and water.
5. Sprinkle with a dash of sesame oil if you like. Serve.
