Ingredients:
100g Black fungi
A white turnip
Steps:
1. Soak Black fungi, remove the impurities and then rinse.
2. Peel the white turnip and then roughly dice.
3. In a pot with moderate water, drop in turnip dices and Black fungi, after bringing into a boil, keep for another 20 minutes or so till well-done.
4. Lightly season with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
