1. The preparation of substrate:
A. Formula: 50kg sawdust, 15kg bran or rice bran, 1kg gypsum, 0.75kg cane sugar, 1kg soybean powder, 0.25kg magnesium sulfate, 60-70kg water.
B. Preparation method: Firstly mix sawdust, bran, gypsum and soybean powder well with each other in accordance with specified proportion, then melt cane sugar in warm water, combine with magnesium sulfate and fully whisk.
2. Bottling and disinfection: Firstly install mixed compost into jars that hold the specification of 500-750g, press tightly and create the inoculation hole that takes the standard of broad-bean size, 2m of depth and 1.5cm of width, then cover bottle mouth with plastic film and a layer of brown paper, tie up with string and remove into high-pressure pot, remain for 100 degrees and disinfect for 7 hours. After cooling, remove into inoculation room and then set aside.
3. Inoculation: Move sterilized cultivation bottles and glass tubes carried with strain into inoculation box, cover thin film, paper again and tie up tightly. In general, each 750g of strain could inoculate 50-80 bottles.
4. Picking: After the inoculation, cultivate for 30-40 days, the diameter of White fungus reaches 10-16cm, when it presents white and transparent, you could arrange the picking, firstly cut off the whole body at the base with a knife, then immediately process and dry so as to prevent rot phenomenon.
