The several aspects needing attentions on Shiitake moisturizing

When moisturizing on Shiitake sacks, you should look out the following aspects:
1. Amount: After picking the first flush of mushroom, the compost remains in high nutrition and water content, hence it should be moisturized in small amount. After going through the second flushes, the nutrition and water content on compost get lowered, hence it should be moisturized in large amount.
2. Adopt clean underground water: It is improper to adopt pond water or ditch water so that you prevent sundry fungi and pests from occurring in compost.
3. Pay particular attention to temperature changes: When the temperature exceeds 20 degrees, be sure to moisturize in small amount or moisturize in form of spraying, oppositely, when the temperature is lower than 20 degrees, you could moderately increase the moisturizing amount.
