Braised Shiitake with tofu

Ingredients: 
500g tofu
8 Shiitakes
2 red peppers
Onion segments, minced ginger and garlic
Condiments: salt, soy sauce, pepper powder, sugar, aginomoto, vegetable oil
Steps:
1. Cut tofu into rectangles, then fry on a pan till golden yellow.
2. Remove the root of Shiitake and then cut them into chunks, cut red pepper into segments.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate vegetable oil, when hot, drop in minced ginger, garlic and onion segments, then add tofu rectangles and fry on high-temperature fire.
4. Combine with red pepper segments and Shiitake chunks, adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt, sugar, pepper powder and soy sauce, pour in a bowl of water and then braise on slow fire till the dish is thick. Serve and enjoy.
