Ingredients:
2 Button mushrooms
1 Asparagus
Color pepper slices
Condiments: salt, sugar, aginomoto, pepper powder, sesame oil
1. Wash the Asparagus, cut it into dices.
2. Wash Button mushrooms, remove the bottom portion and then cut them into slices.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in Button mushroom slices, color pepper slices and fry on high flame.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt, sugar, aginomoto and pepper powder. Finally drizzle with sesame oil if desired.
