Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, red pepper, onion.
Condiments: soy sauce, salt, oil
Steps:
1.Remove the root of Enoki mushrooms, rinse and then tear into clumps.
2.Dice the onion and red pepper, then keep them aside.
3.Bleach Enoki mushroom clumps and then remove them out of the pot.
4.Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, then drop in red pepper dices and fry till fragrant.
5.Place Enoki mushroom clumps in the plate, top with onion dices, sprinkle with a spoon of soy sauce and finally pour in the mixture of oil and red pepper dices. Serve.
