Ingredients: Hypsizygus marmoreus, cucumber
Condiments: Oyster sauce, salt, onion, ginger
Cooking method:
1. Bring a pot of water into a boil, then bleach Hypsizygus marmoreus and cool them down in cold water, finally drain off excessive moisture and keep aside.
2. Rinse the cucumber and then cut into pieces, cut ginger and onion into slices.
3. Heat the pot, combine with moderate oil, then drop in Hypsizygus marmoreus, cucumber pieces and fry till well-done.
4. Adjust the seasoning with moderate salt and oyster sauce. Serve and enjoy.
